Try your hand a traditional homemade sushi making class with Machiko at Washoku Home Cooking. The class starts in Machiko's home, where you'll don a kimono and learn to make sushi rolls, sashimi, and Japanese omelettes. She'll then teach you how to prepare a delicious presentation before you sit down to enjoy your meal.
Most of her classes hover around 7500 yen and last about 2.5 hours. You can book a class with her directly on her website (which can be translated to English!)
