This is an interesting structure worth noticing as you walk by. Notice the Khmer architecture from the outside. The interior doesn't seem to be accessible to tourists.

The Supreme Court Building is situated in Street 240's next to the Palace harbours a small collection of boutiques and souvenir shops. The building sits distintively particular photogenic in the late afternoon, the red roof and gold trim glowing in the low sun.
