Squaw Valley Ski Resort

Squaw Valley e Alpine Meadows sono le nostre località preferite e la migliore terreno sul lago a nord per lo sci e lo snowboard. Vedere il sito in quanto hanno tutti i tipi di feste fresco e attività all'aria aperta. Escursione Shirley Lake in tarda primavera o all'inizio dell'estate. Hanging out in piscina il tram è un kids preferito.

località molto BIF che ha eseguito aperti. Grande per sciatori e snowboarder. Grande per le persone che stanno cementando la loro tecnica di snowboard scolpire.

stazione sciistica di classe mondiale, alloggio, negozi e ristoranti nascosto in Squaw Valley. C'è qualcosa per tutti di fare qui e la montagna si rivolge a tutti i livelli di sci.

Un po 'caro, ma ad una bella stazione sciistica! Un sacco di negozi, caffè e ristoranti per coloro che non lo sci pure.

Il sito delle Olimpiadi invernali del 1960, Squaw Valley è un ottimo villaggio con servizi tutto l'anno e di un meraviglioso villaggio centrale con negozi e ristoranti. La gondola per l'area sciistica è aperta tutto l'anno per una vista meravigliosa e panoramica della zona del Lago Tahoe.

Nei giorni di neve, questo è dove NorCalifornians vengono a giocare. Nei giorni in polvere niente batte Squaw Valley.

Sede delle Olimpiadi invernali del 1960, Squaw Valley USA è una delle principali destinazioni di sci negli Stati Uniti. Solo circa mezz'ora da casa nostra, questo è un non perdere per gli appassionati di sci.

Il più grande comprensorio sciistico a Tahoe. 30 minuti di auto. Gli autobus partono dalla Hyatt (3 miglia di distanza) nei mesi invernali. Everyting dal principiante al terreno più impegnativo.

Più grande e più impegnativo stazione sciistica nella zona. Cavalcare la funivia fino a Campo Alto in ogni stagione per una bella vista. Grande escursioni in estate.

Da tutti i luoghi di sci Lake Tahoe ha da offrire, Squaw Valley è di gran lunga il migliore !. Dalla cima della montagna attraverso giù nella valle può essere una non stop di 25 a 45 minuti di viaggio, a seconda della vostra abilità.

Squaw è una delle pochissime stazioni sciistiche che diventano più grandi e più tempo speso a sciare lì. Dal confine resort-side per Granite Peak e l'estremità nord del Silverado quasi tutto il resto è terreno aperto. Con buone condizioni di neve, non c'è limite al numero di linee si possono trovare a Squaw. Nuovo onwer / gestionale impegnata a più governare e lo sci intermedio, ma per gli sciatori forti, questo sarà sempre il migliore MTN in California.

So I just had to say that I was downright disappointed and then some with this "olympic" level super high reputation craphole better known as Squaw Valley. The only thing missing was mandatory paid parking.

So I have now skied this legendary mountain and thrashed it. In the end I was greatly disappointed by it. The promise of steep long olympic slopes suckered my friend and I to swing in for a visit with our "ikon" passes.

The staff was truly friendly and the on mountain staff helpful. The peripheral priced stuff was outlandishly high and ridiculous.

This mountain is not SNOWBOARDER friendly as are most of the mountains that I am used to hitting. I am that rare breed that both boards and skies. This mountain however caters to oldtime skiers and perhaps unwittingly pushes boarders away. I dont come across many moguls for the most part, but this place had a number of its primary and secondary diamond runs covered in them. There are almost no benches for boarders to strap in on most of the runs as well. This blew my mind, especially when some of the benches were extremely poorly situated at the top of the lifts. Great you did have a seat for us to strap in, but its on flat terrain making it super difficult to move from the bench to the ski run. Great thanks for the bench... *ROLLS*EYES*

I cruised the frontside, the backside, and the side side. Not much length to most of the runs and honestly I didnt think the mountain was much different from anything I have done at much cheaper and lesser thought of resorts like BIg Bear Resort, Mtn High, Boreal, Running Springs, etc. I was truly honestly deeply disappointed.

Tossed on top of all of that was the additional costs for food and beverage. This was absolutely ridiculous. The food costs at the mountain run restaurants were about $15 on average for super low grade crappy grub. The only thing that wasnt super badly overpriced were the beers. At least there were free cliff bars thanks to the cliff bar folks, they were giving them away by the carton, whereas you could walk inside and pay $5 for a single cliff bar... *SMH* highway robbery if you want my opinion.

The chairs were fairly quick and at least the staff was pleasant... everything else i could do without.

Home of the 1960 Winter Olympics. Premier Ski Resort with Olympic Village featuring shops, restaurants, and 18 hole golf course. Gondola rides to summit of resort in summer.

In late October we were very disappointed. None of the lifts, trams, gondolas were working. Many shops and restaurants were closed or closing at 4:00. We are in our sixties and not hikers. But it was still nice enjoying a beautiful day outdoors.

World class skiing, fun stores and restaurants and nightlife in Squaw Village. Good hiking and activities in the summer too.

Just as much fun in the summer as the winter! Check for weekly events planned. Hike to the top or take the cable car up with a picnic. Dogs on leashes permitted

Women's World Cup 2017 was fantastic. The village is enjoyable and the mountains are awesome.
