Holidays in Albania Saranda
Great location near beach and amenities and to move to the beaches to the south. Family-run staff and always available to solve problems and advise you not to take tricks. Highly recommend for a holiday ..

All smoke...
Staff courteous but very detached (they never gave us advice on how to navigate). Poor cleaning of the rooms (under the bed and sofa there was the impossible) as decent laundry service (clothes are delivered wet).
The music coming from the restaurant of the structure already in the early morning disturbed me a lot, I practically never managed to sleep beyond 8.00. The smell of grilled fish rising at dinner time forced us to remove towels and cloths hanging out to dry. Little availability of parking (if late in the afternoon it was frequent not to find a place). Poorly air-conditioned apartment 1 only split in two rooms. Lack of drinking water, general in the area and unmarked (taken by doubt we had to ask ourselves, while I think it is a duty of the manager to warn customers) forced you to buy cans of water for cooking. No Separate waste collection. The beautiful windows that led me to choose this structure were dirty and turned to fire in the afternoon. Zero privacy as the apartment is glued to other structures that practically overlooked inside our room. We were 4 but they always brought us towels for 3 (pointed out the thing in 13 days they never brought 4).
Unfortunately it is a general problem of the city that has undergone a wild and unconditional cementation. The cost of living (especially supermarkets and restaurants) is not adequate for the services offered. All the structures near the sea have taken over the coast in a senseless way. Much better the interior with its beautiful mountains and true Albanian hospitality that Saranda sorely missed.
The apartment chosen during Reservation (made more than 6 months before) was not the one assigned, pointed out the thing we were told that all rooms were booked and it was not possible to change.

Highly recommended!!
Very good and plentiful food, excellent value for money. We ate everything based on fish and it was all very fresh and excellent. The staff were really friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!!!

Seafront aparthotel in Saranda
The welcome and helpfulness of all the staff at this residence was truly surprising. All the staff from the drivers to the various guys on Tano's staff (the owner) proved to be very kind and open to welcoming all customer requests even if it is not so obvious for a structure of this kind.
In Italy we can dream of a similar welcome...
