Happy clients
My family has been coming to Marbella Beach Hotel for several years now, and this year we came again as a group of three families. From the moment we arrive, we are always welcomed in a friendly and professional way. The owners and staff recognize returning guests and always make us feel comfortable. They are approachable, helpful, and whenever we have needed anything, it has been dealt with quickly. We have always experienced their sense of humor as friendly and respectful.
Regarding the rooms, we have stayed in different room types over the years, and they have always been clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected for a beachfront four-star hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are replaced regularly, and if we ever needed extra towels or toiletries, they were provided without any issue. The beds have always been comfortable enough for us to have a good night’s sleep after spending the day at the beach.
The bathrooms in our rooms have always been clean and functional. We have never experienced the cleanliness issues described in the previous review. Everything has worked properly during our stays, and whenever a small issue was mentioned to reception, it was resolved promptly.
The private beach is one of the main reasons we continue choosing Marbella Beach Hotel. It is only a short walk from the hotel, the sea is beautiful, and we have always found it relaxing. The staff works hard to keep the beach organized, and whenever something needs attention, they are there to help. We have never felt unsafe or uncomfortable while using the sunbeds.
The food has always been one of the highlights of our holidays. There is a good variety of dishes every day, including fresh salads, meat, fish, local specialties, desserts, and fruit. We especially enjoy trying traditional Albanian cuisine. Everything we have eaten has been fresh and tasty, and during all the years we have stayed here, none of our three families has ever experienced any health problems related to the food. The restaurant staff constantly refill the buffet whenever needed and are always polite.
The pool area is pleasant and suitable for both adults and children. It is cleaned regularly, and we have always found enough space to relax. In the evenings, the atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. We have enjoyed Albanian music nights and live entertainment, which gave us the opportunity to experience the local culture. We actually appreciate that the hotel is peaceful rather than noisy late into the night.
It is also worth mentioning that many members of the staff speak English well enough to communicate with international guests. On the few occasions where there was a language barrier, someone else immediately stepped in to help. We have always felt listened to and respected.
No hotel is perfect, especially during the busiest weeks of summer when every hotel is operating at full capacity. However, what makes the difference is how the staff responds, and in our experience Marbella Beach Hotel has always done its best to satisfy guests.
The fact that we have been returning for years, together with two other families, says more than any single negative review ever could. We have created wonderful memories here, met friendly people, enjoyed the sea, the food, and the warm hospitality that keeps bringing us back.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but our long-term experience has been overwhelmingly positive. We are already looking forward to returning again, and we would happily recommend Marbella Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent value for money.

Relaxing holiday at Marbella!
Nice pool is located in front of the hotel. Everything is near. Food is fresh and tastes delicious. The cleaning room was made every day. Amazing staff, all can speak English and you can communicate easily. Perfect location and great value of money. Amazing atmosphere with DJ Party. We enjoyed our stay at Marbella ☀️

Boutique Hotel❤️❤️
Small boutique hotel near by the beach. Very nice garden all around the hotel. The restaurant serves Delicious dishes, all meals are served buffet style, a lot of choices and everything was fresh.
Our room was spacious with big balcony.
The cleaning ladies very polite and always ready to help, what I learned from them us mirmeges (meaning good morning)
Overall all the staff were great. Amazing atmosphere chilling by the pool.

My reservation was canceled
This spring, I booked a six-night stay at this hotel for September (traveling alone). Everything seemed fine at first.
In August, I suddenly received a notification saying that my credit card was no longer valid. I re-entered the exact same card details, but the very next day my reservation was canceled without giving me the opportunity to update my payment method or resolve the issue.
The most surprising part is that my bank card is perfectly valid. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there were no issues with the card. I also made another six-night hotel reservation this spring using the same card, and it was accepted without any problems.
I contacted the hotel's customer support by email and also tried calling, but unfortunately no one responded.
It is very disappointing to have such a negative experience with this hotel. I cannot recommend it. My vacation has not even started yet, but the negative experience began before my trip even began.
