Family with good standard
If you like the Spanish Sunshine Coast but no longer feel welcome by its “Tourist go home” population, you should come here. Everyone I met during my week was positive o nice to us as tourists
Mirage hotel I think represents Albania well, familiar and warmly. Technically high standard in rooms where everything works without worries. Comfortable beds and lovely shower. A walkIn wardrobe is very luxurious. Mirage is the little 4-story how and has nothing to do with the big right
Nothing to complain about except the beach where construction waste with asphalt lumps, concrete and paving stones hurt my feet and toes. See pictures of bathers picking up construction waste in small piles along the beach so as not to damage more small and large feet. Since most hotel guests come here for the beach, you wonder why you deliberately destroy this fine soft sandy beach. Ps if you usually go around with Googel Maps before booking this is true bad, old pictures. Today clean and in order with nice walking path.

It was all a Mirage
We visited Mirage on our very first evening in Albania. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children, and the kids were hungry and excited for dinner.
It started off well enough – after a few minutes, the staff arranged tables so we could all sit together. Unfortunately, that was the last thing that went smoothly.
We then waited around 30 minutes without receiving any water, plates, cutlery, or napkins. No one came to take our order, so we had to stop several waiters ourselves. They told us they would be right back, but another 30 minutes passed without anyone returning.
Eventually, we lost our patience. Half of our group went inside and placed the order directly at the cashier, while the other half ordered a little later. About 30 minutes after that, a waiter came to our table and told us they had lost our order. At that point, we still hadn't received water, cutlery, or anything at all. He asked us to place the order again and promised to tell the kitchen to prepare it as quickly as possible.
Around 15 minutes later, the food finally arrived – but only for half of our table.
In total, we spent almost 1 hour and 45 minutes at the restaurant before everyone had received their food. As someone who works in the hospitality industry myself, I can honestly say this is one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. To make matters worse, we watched several tables that arrived more than an hour after us receive both their drinks and meals before we did.
Maybe Gordon Ramsay should pay this place a visit – it genuinely felt like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.
If you're considering eating here, I sincerely hope you have a better experience than we did. The restaurant truly lives up to its name – our entire dinner was a Mirage.
One positive note: the restaurant/bar next door with the live music was excellent. Great service, a fantastic atmosphere, and we ended up going back several times during our stay. I highly recommend that place instead.

Beachfront hotel with all the services.

Nice complex. But very average cuisine.
Beautiful neat environment but fairly average cuisine. The worst fries I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. Uncooked and ultra fat. A risotto like soup... and the service is slow and erratic.

Poor service
The meeting with the receptionist was a disappointment. Poor service from we arrived. The room was clean but very simple. The bed was stone-hard, had only sheets and no extra pillows. Was not a phone, kettle, glass or a chair. On the balcony there were two chairs and a table, the chairs were bad to sit in and asked to be exchanged with someone else who was standing on the terrace. It wasn't relevant. Froze at night and asked if it was possible to get a carpet. I got a surely no, because it was summer season! Must be said that it was arranged with a dyne after 2 days. Overall, most staff were very friendly and helpful, but the receptionist clearly had a chief role that pulled down the impression. The location was good, but some noise in the evenings from the neighboring hotel that played very loud music. 4 stars not due to room facilities, but only location.
