Excellent location with the best attention and service.

Our stay at the Hotel Esmerald, in Ksamil, has been fantastic. Without a doubt, a place that we totally recommend to enjoy a few days with the family.
The location is perfect, right next to the beach and very close to everything necessary to enjoy Ksamil, but at the same time in a comfortable and quiet area. Being able to leave the hotel and have the beach practically right next door is, without a doubt, one of its great strengths.
We stayed in the Big Family Room, a family apartment that was really spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. It has a large kitchen-living room, perfectly equipped, several spaces to be comfortable, and a magnificent outdoor terrace with a dining area, ideal for having breakfast, dinner, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.
We also want to highlight the excellent condition of the facilities and, especially, the cleanliness. Everything was very well maintained, clean, and tidy, something that for us is fundamental when we travel as a family.
But if there is something that really makes the difference, it is the human attention. ❤️
We want to especially thank Ardy, the owner, and his entire team. They have been charming from the first moment, always looking out for us, attentive to any need, and willing to help us so that our stay was as comfortable and special as possible.
You can tell when a hotel is managed with care and concern for its guests, and at the Hotel Esmerald that is perceived from the moment you arrive.
Location, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and, above all, exceptional treatment.
We would definitely return and recommend it 100% for enjoying Ksamil as a family!

Amazing view, not a good staff

Stayed there for 2 nights on june 2025 , room was clean the owner was very helpfull and the view was amazing , but the kitchen staff was rude, they were answering ironical . I would deff be back again but the staff should be taught to serve and answer in a proper way to the client.

The food was super tasty and fresh! A great way to start the morning with an amazing view!

Best experience ever! The hotel was super clean and quietand the view was spectacular! Definitely recommend it it for anyone who wants to have a great time both in a quiet place and with a fresh ai every morning!The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything!
