Hostel disguised as a hotel
On check in they didnt accept card for payment which was irritating and we waited ages for a member of staff to come to reception.
We went to our 'apartment' which was basically a room with 5 beds in. The kitchen didnt have any equipment if you did want to cook, not that we intended to. The wardrobe was placed in front of the kitchen units which made them unusable anyway.
The back wall was just a peice of MDF which backed on to a local shop and you could hear everything next door.
The bathroom was clean but there was no toilet seat on the toilet it was lying beside it.
The beds were rock solid and the pillows were very thin.
The room did have aircon and a fridgewhich was the only good thing. However the fridge was filthy.
The location of the hotel is a good 20 min walk to the beach but they do a shuttle.
The pool area looked nice but was extremely busy and you couldnt get a sunbed.
Breakfast was buffet style and standard European selection of meats, cheese and pastries but nothing healthy or cereals.
The staff were friendly enough.
We were meant to stay 2 nights but only stayed one.
