Nice family hotel

Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff, great outdoor area with pool, good proximity to beach and restaurants. Very good value for money. Very hot now in June, but good air conditioning in the room. Plus for good WiFi, as it is otherwise expensive with data traffic due outside the EU

Amazing Hotel

The location of this hotel was amazing, just round the corner from the beach. We had an amazing stay in one of their beautiful rooms. The staff were amazing, Thank you Ronnie for everything, amazing service the whole week!

Exceptional stay

The location of the hotel was brilliant. It was a 5 minute walk from a stunning beach as well as nearby bars and restaurants. The atmosphere was very welcoming, smiles from all staff at all times and nice music through the day which gets turned up on the night for entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfy, lovely aircon and balcony with great views. The room had a shower and toilet room which was very clean as well as a hairdryer and iron and fridge. We had breakfast and dinner included for 25pp per night which is excellent value especially with the quality of the food being so good! Massive thank you to the staff for being so welcoming and attentive. Even bigger thank you to Ronnie who was welcoming from day 1 and always checked we had everything we need, he was a very kind man. The hotel also offers a golf buggy shuffle to the beach which was very handy!

Once and NEVER again

The hotel was a great disappointment!!
The room was not clean, it smelled unpleasant and was not properly cleaned during our stay. The staff seemed unfriendly, stressed and annoyed. Unfortunately, they always eat the same and often cold.
I would not recommend this place!!

Not a pleasant experience - do not recommend

1. Cheating the tourists: the hotel charges for any additional drink at the breakfast (which is included in the lodging price), be it a second coffee, or a coffee and a juice etc., but this crucial information is hidden, and not displayed anywhere; if payment is made by cash, no receipt is provided upon request;
2. Cleanliness: the room is not cleansed, towels and bed sheets are not replaced; even the trash can is not emptied;
3. Timeliness: the restaurant does not open at the hour displayed on its door, affecting the schedule of organized circuits;
4. The Wi-Fi rarely worked in any place (room, restaurant, pool);
5. Attitude: the staff has a bad attitude towards the tourists, disrespectfull and not cooperant.
