Good experience in Tirana ,

Cute rooms, just make sure in regards to the beds, the sofa in the hall is considered one since it can turn into a bed.
The apartment is located in a residential area, so it a bit further from all the touristy locations, aka the main city.
Our point of contact, Albana was wonderful and super hospitable. She helped us pick out some local hotspots and also gave us a quick guide of all the restaurants nearby. She really did go out of her way to be as helpful as possible, which we really appreciated!

Help

I booked on booking but while I was using the facility, I was notified of the cancellation of the reservation, consequently I found it impossible to review, which is why I am writing on Tripadvisor, in the hope that this review will be of help to future travellers.
I paid in cash (luckily I had any), specifically asked by the receptionist, after which, after a couple of hours, booking advised me that my booking had been cancelled. Obviously the payment was made in black, without any receipt (I was told that it would be printed later but I never saw it). But let's move on. As regards the conditions of the 'studio apartment': broken shower handset; wash like with the garden rubber, the water kept coming off, I had to go outside to reactivate it, no hot water in the bidet, last but not least, the toilet was dirty with poop. I reported everything to the front desk and was told it would be cleaned/sorted out shortly. They were so sorry that no one came.
positive note: the location 5 minutes from the airport bus stop (Scanderbeg square) and the air conditioning/heating.
