I love this place! It was calm, clean and in a good area. The building right besides are under construction but that wasn’t an issue at all!
The breakfast was soo goooddd!

The Room Was Nice. The Service Was Not.

Very unfortunate to have to write a review like this considering the room itself was very nice, but the service ruined my experience from the moment I walked into the hotel.
First, let me say that regardless of the room you end up in, your view is primarily of other buildings. The hotel sits behind the buildings rather than directly on the strip as it appears in the advertising, and is very misleading.
You have to walk down a very long alleyway to reach the hotel due to being blocked on all sides due to new developments and construction zones. There was extreme difficulty in how to access the hotel.
You can’t access this hotel by car.
Upon me walking into the hotel, I immediately felt unwelcome. There was no smile, no warm greeting, and no sense that I was a valued guest.
The second issue was much more concerning. I am a solo female traveler, but regardless of who is staying there, there should not be a single room in the hotel with a loose, unreliable doorknob and lock. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, I was met with judgment from the owner and his wife instead of a solution. His wife held back a laugh as I expressed my legitimate concerns. Honestly disgusting behavior.
The owner told me he would fix my wiggly door lock in the morning, but I declined because I was alone and did not feel comfortable staying in a room with a security concern overnight.
While we were alone in the elevator, he also asked whether I was traveling alone. I answered “no” out of concern for my own safety.
When I insisted on a different room, I was treated as though I was the inconvenience. I was given a room with what I believed to be a security issue and was repeatedly told it wasn’t one. Whether they agreed or not is irrelevant. It was a security concern to me, and that should have been enough.
Every time I walked into the hotel after that, I barely received a hello. More often than not, I felt like I was being met with annoyance rather than hospitality.
Today I left to return to the United States. My flight departed from Tirana at 7:00 a.m., so I needed to leave the hotel at 4:15 a.m. The owner was already awake and outside smoking a cigarette when my friend came in to help me with my bags. He immediately yelled at her.
He then became very angry with me for saying I needed to check out, going on about how I should have notified him in advance that I would be leaving so early.
While I can understand preferring advance notice, that does not excuse speaking to paying guests in such a hostile manner. Especially when he was already awake and fully capable of handling the checkout process.
The reality is that I never would have felt comfortable notifying him beforehand because every interaction I had with him throughout my stay made me feel judged, dismissed, or berated. I genuinely felt like I couldn’t open my mouth without being criticized.
My trip to Albania was unfortunately kicked off with disrespect in so many ways.
The room was nice. The service was not. The people that run this place are awful.
I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at the Seaside Hotel and could not have been more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff and owners went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was genuine, and they were always attentive without ever being intrusive. It was clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in what they do.
The hotel itself was spotless — every space was clean, fresh, and well maintained. It immediately gave me peace of mind and made for a very comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, with everything I needed close by, yet still offering the charm and calm you’d hope for in a seaside getaway.
What stood out most, though, was the approachable and thoughtful management. They were always available for any questions, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. They even went the extra mile to arrange my taxi back to the airport, which made my departure stress-free and left me with such a positive final impression.
It’s rare to find a place that combines warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail so seamlessly, but the Seaside Hotel truly does. I left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already planning my next visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for not just a stay, but a genuinely welcoming experience.

Breakfast was beautiful. Had a ground floor room with its own mini balcony. Very clean. Very helpful staff. I can surely stay here again.

Amazing hotel, brand new and beautifully designed, fantastic breakfast and a short walk to the beach. Only downside was a construction next to the hotel.
