Lived in the clouds for 2 weeks

My stay at Sarwat Park Hotel in Abha was truly memorable. The location in the High City is out of this world, just steps away from great restaurants and cafes, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the area and the lookout.
The staff made the experience even better: Mr. Sherif the F&B Manager, Najeeb, Salah (the waiter), Fatimah Aseeri (the concierge), and Hassan Aseeri were all incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Fatimah, she gave me the best advice on where to go and what to visit in Abha.
The food at the hotel is also worth mentioning. I especially enjoyed the Tunisian tajine and the beef scallop, both were delicious.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abha, whether for the amazing location or the outstanding hospitality.

Live on the sky for few days

I had a great stay, location is on top of a mountain, you could see the cloud close by, the fog is covering the city in the afternoon, the weather like no other, maximum was 26 during the summer being 2500 meter above the sea level, the hotel team are very friendly and having visited all other big hotels I can say this is one of the best service in the city, a little more in price than other hotels however it worth it. Stay there and disconnect from the busy noisy live
Loved it and will come again guys for sure every time I visited Abha

Place is worst

The reception cannot speak and understand English clearly. The staff has an unacceptable attitude when they can't understand what you are saying. They don't know what a "First aid kit" was. Terrible..

Noisy Night Stay

Positives:
Amazing view on Abha city.
Newly opened.
Weather of Abha city.
Helpful and friendly front-disc staff.
Fast easy checking-in process.
Laundry delivery services.
Areas of Improvement:
Location (dangerous entrance and difficult to get there).
Limited car parking.
Non-comfortable pillows and bed.
Poor room services and facilities.
Long-time for food services in the restaurant.
Overused carpets and furniture.
Non-valuable very expensive price.
Most of hotel outdoor facilities are under construction.
