الفندق ممتاز وهو في سنتر المدينة وقريب منك جميع الخدمات من مطاعم واسواق ولكن يعاب عليه انه بجانب شارع الاتصالات وفيه ازدحام حيث من المتواقع ان لاتجد لسيارتك موقف ،،،
اتمنى وجود مواقف خاصة بالفندق ،،،،،

Room is Unimpressive

I have to stay at this hotel because I need a quiet place to prepare myself for an exam the next day. My testing center is just 2 blocks away, so I decided to stay at Raoum Inn Arar. The location is good as it is accessible by foot to almost anything that you will need. Arar is a small city and it's really hard to find a good hotel at a good price unlike Riyadh. There is a kitchen and the cabinet under the sink is stinky. There is a garbage can there and it was empty. There is a smell coming from that location of the room that reaches the living room area even if no garbage was there. The shower is broken. There is no knob to switch the water to come out of the faucet or the shower. I even have to call someone from housekeeping to figure this out. I just have to pull the screw and sometimes it returns back if you suddenly increase the pressure of the water. This is a somewhat stressful experience. The bed and the bedroom was good. The mattress was good and the linens smell fresh. The reading lights at the headboard is broken. There is a stand lamp which is not working. The staff were helpful. I asked for a towel as there was no towel at the bathroom when I arrived. They give one almost instantly; however, the towel handed to me was moist and not properly folded which is a sign that it could be a used towel. Perhaps from another room they are cleaning. Finally, I asked reception if I can leave my bag after I check-out and pick it up later but they do not have such service. So, if you have luggage and an evening flight, do not ever stay at this hotel unless you want to carry your luggage around the city.

Only hotel in town that accepts credit card

Where to start. Filthy is probably a good starting word. The other available hotels in town did not accept credit card for payment only cash which really put me on the spot for a hotel. Luckily raoum Inn accepted my credit card as I am not from this country and had no local money. That's where the good ends. The room was Filthy with old shag carpet that looked like it came from the garbage can and real old furniture full of stains an oil. Kitchenette was disgusting. The bathroom was the worst. There was a vent pipe in the middle of the floor and when the guy above me flushed his toilet the waste would come into my bathroom floor making it wet all the time. There was like a little Christmas light in the bathroom with the wire insulation broken so shock danger and the water heater on the wall which did not work had the plug cut off and the wires stuck into the wall socket with black marks around it like it had caught on fire before. Bath tub was to small to sit in and only cold water. I called down to reception to get a can opener as the drawer with utensils did not have one. They brought up a knife to open the can. Returants in town are poisonous so not advised to eat out just make your own food. Grocery store only has goat meat or camel meat no cows around here takes too much water. I ate camel soup for 5 weeks living in an apartment full of sewer gas. Good thing I don't smoke.

OK for a one night sleep!!!

I was on a business trip for one night in Arar city, and I found this suites are the only available place to rest at for one night. I thought it would be as it showes on pics over the net, but I was wrong.
Bad furnuture where you can find alot of old dirt and stiky things. The bathroom was loose as the toilet needed to be fixed as well as the sink. The shower was small and needs curtin.
The bedroom was OK and it was comfortable but it needs more furnuture.
The staff were OK and they help as much as they can.
There were NO resturante nor food serving, but there was a small cafe for hot and cold drinks.
Door car key was not working, and I had to call for assistant everytime I need to enter.
The WiFi was good though and it saved the night!!!
