Worst hotel all night cockroaches walking on the bed

So as soon as we arrived the room felt very strong humidity then we wanted to take a shower no hot water we said it's okay we'll go to bed anyway we lift the sheets of the cockroaches we took a video of the cockroaches walking on the bed 3am we were at the reception so we could leave at 5am so disgusted we didn't sleep all night I don't recommend it to anyone even for free

Very bad

Terrible service, we booked and paid and when we arrived they told us that there was no room for us because they had overbooked... Terrible and dirty situation....all very bad..and nobody give us a solution...don't go here please they are stealers

Our experience at Prime Al Corniche was nothing short of a disaster. We are a group of loyal fans of the Reial Club Deportiu Mallorca, and despite having confirmed reservations, we were left stranded due to an alleged overbooking.
What’s worse, the hotel staff offered no solution or assistance, leaving us completely on our own in a foreign country. This lack of professionalism and basic customer care is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality service.
If you are looking for a reliable place to stay in Jeddah, we strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Our disappointment is beyond words, and we would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Mah…

The location was close to the waterfront, we caught the moment they were doing some work, so... the cleanliness of the room could be improved, the breakfast was not bad. In the morning the elevator did not work, in the evening yes. Go and understand...
