Warm hospitality

We spent the last week of March at Sunset Jeddah Hotel, and honestly, it was one of those stays you don’t forget easily. From the moment we checked in, everything just felt right. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm, and the hospitality was the kind that makes you feel genuinely welcomed rather than just attended to.
A lot of that had to do with Mr. Shahab Ahmed Khan, the Front Office Manager. He went out of his way to make sure my family and friends were taken care of, and you could tell it wasn’t just his job — it was something he truly meant. That kind of personal attention is rare and it made a real difference.
The hotel itself is beautifully kept. The lobby sets a lovely tone, the food was consistently good, and there was a calm, peaceful feel throughout that made it easy to relax and unwind.
We came for a stay and left with memories. That’s really the best thing you can say about a place.

A Pleasant Surprise in Jeddah

I had an excellent experience at Sunset Jeddah Hotel.
From the very first day until my departure, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and professionalism. I would like to give a special thank you to Shahab, who was extremely kind, attentive and helpful throughout my entire stay. In fact, the whole team was very friendly and always available to assist.
The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel has a well-kept atmosphere with a beautiful scent throughout.
The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and many homemade products, from croissants, cakes and bread to a wide selection of savoury dishes. The team at the egg station was also very kind and attentive. I also had the chance to enjoy some excellent Indian food at the main restaurant.
I also really enjoyed the gym, which has almost brand-new equipment. It could maybe benefit from one or two additional machines, but nothing that affects the overall experience.
I would also like to thank the General Manager, Asghar, for taking some of his time to speak with me. I truly appreciated the gesture.
Overall, I highly recommend Sunset Jeddah Hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Jeddah. It was a very positive experience, with a warm and professional team, good facilities and truly welcoming service.

This property was an excellent find. The room was well appointed and quiet. The hotel ambiance was stylish and elegant. Above all, the service was exceptional. Nothing was a problem and the entire team was always focused on providing the very best guest service. Well done to Shahab and his team. I know where I will be staying when next in Jeddah.

Hotel is great with a few exceptions. The shower area is very inconvenient and too narrow. Also equipment at the gym is falling apart and is dangerous for people who may use them. I suggest that they either remove broken machines or mark them with some warning signs.
