My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Boudl Al Olaya. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of cafés and restaurants, the metro, Tamimi supermarket, and several malls. It’s also directly opposite Al Faisaliah Tower and close to Kingdom Tower, with easy access to Diriyah and other places we visited around Riyadh. It was such a central location, we felt completely safe and very much at home throughout our stay.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the courteous and professional staff, and that level of service remained consistent the entire time. Special thanks to Mona and Khaled at reception, and to the wonderful Munawar, who greeted us every day with tea and dates — such a thoughtful touch. All of the staff were lovely, even though I unfortunately can’t recall everyone’s names.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and finished to a very high standard. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed (and more). We were genuinely sad to leave.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Riyadh and would highly recommend Boudl Al Olaya to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality.

We spent four nights here in a very large 2 bedroom suite with large kitchen and dining area with comfortable living space. The kitchen offered a great induction cooktop. In the bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of storage space, good bathrooms and showers.
The location is very central, between old Riyadh and Diriyah, with many groceries, stores and restaurants nearby. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, offering all day cold drinks and teas staff when one arrives, as well as excellent when we needed anything (such as added items for the kitchen, help finding services like laundry, etc.) The gym was quite usable for a workout though small, and staff fixed one machine immediately when it failed to work. There is plenty of free parking in the area,

Boudl Olaya, the Great
Great location near all Riyadh attractions. The service and quality of staff are excellent. Mr Anwar the hotel manager and his his team made everything possible to male our stay one of the best experiences. I admired the way staff are meeting guests and how they serve them with a great heart and smile. Much appreciated hotel team.

I had the pleasure to stay at the Boudl Olaya Hotel in Riyadh from June 21 to July 3, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm and genuine hospitality. This was not the first time to stay there as I visited the hotel for three times in a row. The room was clean, and well maintained, with a nice atmosphere.
What made my visit outstanding was the hospitable service from the entire team, led by Mr. Anwar, the hotel manager who is a true professional. I had my 60th birthday there and my wife who was accompanying me did ask for some arrangmenets and he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. His kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to create an atmosphere that feels like home.
I highly recommend Boudl Olaya Hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh. The location is excellent, the facilities are very good. I look forward to returning soon.
