The room was clean, it has been re modeled since I started staying in this hotel. The staff , all of them, are so gracious and pleasant. Excellent breakfast buffet, included. It has to be among the best breakfasts offered by a hotel and I have stayed in many, many hotels.
The location is perfect; the Manuel Tienda Leon office and pick up location for the shuttle service to the airport is around the corner on Carlos Pellegrini Avenue. You can purchase a ticket there or online . No need to take a taxi. They always run on time.
As I said the location is perfect to go to any place one wants to visit.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Take a second, and think about it

I reserved this hotel because of the location, and wanted to try a new hotel considering it was the 5th time I was in Buenos Aires. The only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because of their location and their breakfast which was very good. Other than that, the hotel is no where near a 4 star accommodation. If anything a 2 star. Staff was very nice, can’t say anything about that, but the room was awful, I feel as if I was scammed by the online agency I booked it from because the pictures looked amazing but the room was nothing like the pictures, and like it hadn’t been renovated in 25 years. Bathroom was horrible, wallpaper falling apart, the ceiling falling apart, curtains dirty, bed covers dirty, I dunno … I was astonished! The toilet was so old it barely flushed and the flushing system was like the old urinals, and my girlfriend didn’t even have the strength to flush, that’s how bad and old it was. Toilet paper was for a 1 star hotel, I swear I have never had to use cream “there” in my life before this place experience. If I could have, I would have left right away, but everything was paid with the agency so I was screwed. If you want to maybe pay less and stay there, then all I say is think twice about it, otherwise spend a little more or shop around, and I’m sure any other 4 star hotel is better than this place. Also there was no minibar, only a heating system, no thermostat where I could control the room temperature, so it was either you open the window and freeze, and turn on the circulating air in the room which was only pure heat, horrible! Again, breakfast was good, staff very nice, but the room was the big issue! We didn’t even wanna get back every night to even shower or do our business, that’s how bad it was! I’m sure with a nice makeover it would be fabulous, but no, it’s way outdated, badly!

The hotel was put under the spotlight. It's not a 4-star. Find another place to stay.

Hotel; 4 stars is not:
[ ] Hand towel only, from day two they left two hand towels.
- [ ] There are no pillows to add to the super chatty existing in the beds.
-[ ] Room 224 could not stand the smell of paint and I asked for change. They changed it without problem only it was not a double bed which warns me and tells me that the smell of PAINT is due to maintenance, but gentlemen there is paint without smell.
-[ ] The tub is slippery and they do not leave an extra towel to step on and not slip into it.
- [ ] There is no scrubbing which implies that the night water is taken at room temperature.
-[ ] Toilet paper is very poor quality. It's not because it's not double sheet but it puts a good quality single sheet
- [ ] Today 30/3 is wondering at reception because we do not have a fridge and we are told that if we order it they bring it!!! A 4 star !!! On the hour they brought the fridge. The fridge doesn't close so it doesn't cool down, it just wastes electricity.
- [ ] Glasses used to drink water in the room are not changed or washed. I had doubts and I scored with something that as soon as it touched water was erased. They were the same dirty glasses that I can't wash well because I only have toilet soap. The glasses remained there from Saturday to Wednesday without washing.
-[ ] There is no spare toilet paper. When it's over you must order another one, even if there are two laps left in the roll you won't get another one.
- [ ] Breakfast is not a 4 star. Melted butter, at least in a bowl with ice. Fruit only watermelon, grapefruit and orange. Wipe one. They put the salt next to the coffee machine reads well because you end up putting salt in the coffee.
- [ ] Monday 30/3 we arrived at the room and both cards kept by each of the occupants of the room did not work. We should have gone to reception to get it sorted out.
- [ ] 4 stars has no safe
- [ ] Air conditioning cannot be regulated. It plugs or unplugs, it doesn't graduate.
- [ ] At check out they were reporting on the tours offered by the hotel, we found out at that time that they had this service.

I switched it for the Amerian

A fairly old hotel, but very well maintained. Good price and very good location. I stopped using that place since the last time I tried to book a suite, I felt that I did not receive an adequate response for a customer.

A disaster!!!

The rooms are a disaster, the whole hotel is very neglected, there was even a cockroach in the room. The good location and the friendly staff.
