A historic mansion in the best location of Capilla del Monte. Excellent service and views of Cerro Uritorco. A place of well-being.

Go somewhere else!!! (it's what the receptionist answered me when I made a claim) and it's what we'll do!!

3 times we go with couples friends at Easter, Summary, Poor disposition of the owner and x ende the receptionist (brunette), bad forms to the guest, forget that we are the ones who pay!!!!
Divine dining room kids and maid, but owner and management lousy. They all claim it was a difficult year x that they rip your head off and mistreat.
It's not worth what they charge you, you go somewhere else better x less, don't be fooled with the facade, don't pay what you don't use. Reseven for travel pages, it's the only way to cancel or modify date they charge you to breathe

Awful.

Terrible attention. Breakfast against Escueto, they lift your food while you are eating, the rooms smell damp. We told the owner about the breakfast situation and to my surprise he replied that he had heard me on camera while
I was talking and complaining with my family about the situation and if I didn't like it I would go to another hotel! We feel overrun. Horrible experience and the owner a rude.

hola, no se si se confundio de establecimiento
no tenemos conectado el audio en las camaras
no levantamos la comida mientras estan comiendo
no recuerdo que alguine me haya dicho eso del desayuno y yo le haya dicho que se vayan a otro lado
Asi que lo de sentirse invadidos porque los hayan escuchado por las camaras pueden desinvadirse que no sucedio tienen varios años, deberiamos renovarlas

Great disappointment. I felt conned.

Starting with the receptionist's attention, very unfriendly.
The breakfast lounge looks sloppy. The rooms are not big deal or smelling damp. Very sparse and poor breakfast. They might try a little harder.
The truth is very much to be desired.

Excellent experience

The hotel is very good in all aspects, but if you go to the room overlooking the hill you have an excellent plus, the cafeteria guys are very good if I get fine, I did not like the breakfast crescents, the rest impeccable!!
