Discount accommodation 1D
We stayed with a group of friends for a few days at this resort.
We were in Department 1"D". Nothing to say about the apartment, everything was impeccable, well maintained, new quilts, all the kitchen utensils almost brand new, the bathrooms beautiful, we didn't want to leave!!!
Just one comment to improve regarding the complex in general... the solarium part and the internal pool need a little maintenance so that the stay ends up being a 10 at the end of the trip.

Very Good Apartments - if you get the right unit
Terrazas is a typical Carilo Condo-Apartment Complex with multiple owners that rent out their units. This can be a very good option, provided you get the right unit. We just got back from a long weekend and have a very good experience in unit 1 "J", but had started off our stay in unit PB "D" (located on the ground floor) that was not that pleasant.
Terrazas has excellent staff that go out of their way to provide guests with a nice stay, and try to accommodate most requests promptly. However, since all units are independently owned, the level of maintenance, décor and equipment varies greatly from apartment to apartment. Also, units on the ground floor are subject to very relevant amount of noise from the apartments above (noise insulation is lacking), so this issue can get to be a true nightmare. 1st floor units have balconies which is a plus, while ground floor (PB) units have a small outdoor patio/garden. All units have their own private grills, something quite standard for Carilo apartments.
Terrazas also has an indoor Pool. While this is a mayor amenity, the heating during winter is not quite up to standards. The water temperature is just luke-warm and heating in the pool area is also just barely acceptable. Maintenance in general of common areas is OK, but could use improvements.
The staff is excellent and try very hard, where it not for the people here this place would deserve rating of Average. To sum it all up, make sure you get pictures of the unit you will be renting and make sure you make the right choice... that will be the difference between a very good or an unbearable stay....

Unidad 1ª I , super cómoda pero con detalles de mantenimiento
Unidad super cómoda con espacios amplios y muy bien distribuidos.
Detalles de pintura en todos los ambientes. Rajaduras , paredes rayadas , etc.
A los espacios comunes también le falta mantenimiento.
El estacionamiento privado dentro del complejo es un beneficio para destacar.

Ubicación, calefacción, amplitud, atención, genial para las mascotas, todo positivo para volver!
Súper recomendable, instalaciones muy amplias, cómodas y excelentemente calefaccionadas, muy buena conexión de WiFi!
Desayuno abundante en el apartamento cada día los panificados frescos, todo lo demás se va reponiendo, muy completo.
La ubicación muy buena, cerquita de la playa y la zona de comercios.
La atención del personal fantástica! Las chicas de recepción atentas a que no falte nada y muy amable el personal de limpieza.
Estadía ideal con mascota!

Muy cómodo pero con detalles de mantenimiento
Los departamentos son grandes, muy cómodos, los de planta alta con balcón terraza generoso. La ubicación es excelente: a 100mts del parador Neruda, una playa muy linda, y a 200mts del centro comercial. Tiene algunos detalles para mejorar: a los espacios comunes (gimnasio, terraza,) le falta mantenimiento, una lastima porque la terraza es amplia podría ser una opcion agradable para los días de viento. El servicio de limpieza es bastante flojo
