IT HAS A HEATED POOL AND SAUNA

We stayed with my husband for two nights. We booked through their website a few months before and when we arrived they surprised us with a discount coupon that we could use in their bar and restaurant. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Comfortable room. Breakfast was good and complete. It is the only hotel in the city that has a heated pool and sauna, so we chose it to rest the last days of our stay in La Rioja. The location is perfect, opposite the main square and the most commercial area.

I loved the stay at this hotel.

I loved the stay at this hotel. Since we arrived we were made to feel super comfortable, the staff attention was the best, always with a smile and good disposition. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, all fresh and varied. The location is also very convenient to move around without complications. The truth is that it was a beautiful experience, one that leaves you wanting to come back and recommend without hesitation.

Not bad.

I have stayed a couple of times in this hotel as there are not many options in La Rioja
They say they're a 5-star hotel but it looks like more than 3.
The good:
-friendliness of the staff
-close to the center
The regular:
-Wifi varies in speed, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's slow
The bad:
-breakfast is not from a 5-star hotel
-The mattresses are not very comfortable
-the bathroom has mold, they don't wash the shower walls. Shower has tartar
They charge parking.
I will stay again, but if there was another option in La Rioja I would choose
