Very good stay!
It is a 3-star hotel that meets what it offers.
There are standard and superior rooms and that depends on the quality of what is offered.
In my case Superior Room, it was excellent.
Very good cleaning both in the room and in the common parts.
Breakfast is simple but sufficient. And the kindness of the guys who are both at the counter and at breakfast is worth highlighting.
The location is very good, central and there is everything around and it is very safe.
A very good experience.
Thank you for so much kindness.

POOR COMMUNICATION, WORSE TREATMENT
I tried to book this hotel but the communication was disastrous, they do not answer mail. Send two. Since there was whatsapt I thought it would be more fluid communication, but they answered with diley of an hour and with monosyllables or a word. Unx understands that they may be overworked – although it is not seasonal – but then a very offended and extremely rude lady communicated. That he recommended me to go to another hotel that considered my communication demands. If that's the treatment of potential customers, I'm glad I didn't make any reservations.

Horror experience
There are no words to describe this hotel. Horrible experience, scammers, incompetent hospitality service and absolute baseness in a "3 star" hotel:
From the moment of arrival they gave us a standard room (what we had contracted) we felt like we were in a shoe box, without lighting, nothing like the photos, a room that you could practically not enter. When we went to complain politely because we didn't want to make them look bad because it was a shame, the hotel manager on late shift had the nerve to scold me and my partner for showing him the photos, claiming that he didn't know the needs of the guest. time to book that htl. It should be noted that our request was only to say that the bathroom was run down and did not have a bathtub and that was CLEARLY NOT what was in the photo. Without losing kindness I requested a room change to which they agreed (it wasn't something that was meant for them) and they gave us a room that was the same disaster with STAINED sheets but be careful with a bathtub...
The breakfast was scarce, there was not even a piece of fruit, a dining room that accommodates at most 25 people, of which there are more than 7 hotel floors.
The hotel's cleanliness was poor, it is worth mentioning that when they gave us the room, there was HAIR in the shower. Cleaning was done at 4pm when you are gone all day since the morning you have to come back and wait for the staff to finish cleaning. To which once again we kindly asked that they do it in the morning since we did not feel like going back and waiting in the lobby (of terror) because it is run down.
Added to that a girl from the cleaning staff had the lack of respect to enter our room WITHOUT KNOCKING and with the master key to bring us some towels that she had forgotten. The hair dryer is another lie, you have to ask for it at reception every time you go to bathe because it is another of the many things they say are in the room and it is not.
Being a graduate in Tourism and having worked in hotel audits, this hotel is not a 3-star hotel as they say. And this claim will be filed with the relevant authorities. It is embarrassing as a professional to see a hospitality service so detonated not only by the building but also by the managers who behave arrogantly in front of a passenger.
My only star is for the reception employee who gave warm attention and was attentive to what happened but my best advice is to work somewhere else, this hotel is not a tourist service, it is a shame for it.

Customer service
Customer service in this hotel was outstanding , from front desk till , maintenance to house keeping. Very clean room ,Maid service was wonderful ,they preform laundry services timely manner and a very reasonable prices. Maintenance very helpful and prompt . We want to thank specially for going out to their way to help us, specially when one of the guest speak only English, to Martin, Ariel ,Mauricio, and Javier and Silvia , Giselle and Laura Thank so much to all .
