Beautiful, clean and excellent staff at the Provincial Hotel

Beautiful hotel, very clean, the staff totally friendly, the location is perfect, very comfortable room, the only thing is the bathroom is a little small (in the case of very tall people or large build). But it is highly recommended!!!!

I am not coming back!!

First of all, I must mention the TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE RECEPTIONIST BERNARDO; I believe he lacks the vocation and service attitude for the hospitality industry. I am in the hospitality industry and have worked in various 3, 4, and 5-star hotels, and throughout my experience, I was always taught that if a hotel is 3 stars, the service should be 5 stars. The receptionist's service deserves a 1!!!
He let my grandmother take out the luggage we stored in the luggage room by herself!!! A 76-year-old lady, thank you, Bernardo.
Additionally, I must point out that only 2 people smiled at us during the 7 nights and 6 days we stayed with my grandmother; I highlight the kindness of Valeria, the maid in charge of our room, 10 points for her, the only one who smiled at us and asked if we were okay or needed anything; the rest had a terrible service attitude!! Very disappointed, I do not plan to return; I chose it for its proximity to restaurants and central squares, BUT I AM NOT COMING BACK.
On the other hand, the windows could not be opened; it was like a cave without light.
And the breakfast, more than basic, had no options other than a couple of boiled eggs and pastries. Fruits in a jar (like a fruit salad) nothing natural.

The hotel

Well located hotel. The staff from the reception to the girls who make the room are super friendly and attentive to questions. The comfortable room, what is necessary. Although a cot or something additional for the suitcase would be nice. If there are two people, the location of both is complicated. Something that is not comfortable is the bathroom, very small. It has everything you need, but you just have to enter and see how to position yourself from washing your hands to the bathtub, which is spacious but you can slip. If your departure time is outside the time when you already have to leave the room, they very kindly offer you the facilities to wait there. It is to recommend.

Oldish hotel, rooms could do with renovating and very small. Breakfast pretty good, cold meat, cheese etc Staff really helpful with booking a wine trip etc
