This hotel delivers exactly what it promises. We had an issue at check in about use of the spa it was resolved immediately by the manager on duty very efficiently. The staff are very efficient and very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well located. My friends and i would certainly stay here again.

Discreet hotel
It is a nice hotel, the services in general cover the expectation. Breakfast is not from a 4-star hotel. They should be updated. Have more variety. Both fruit and healthy breakfast.

Not a 4-star hotel
Hotel supposedly 4 stars, it will be because of the pool and the pretty deteriorated Jacuzzi they have, because of 4 stars honestly has nothing.
To begin with the rooms are old, the bathroom is horrible, old, the toilet covers broken with ugly smell (pee), the shower comes out water in parts, the bathtub is 1810, the bathroom itself is 1x1 if you want to close the door you do not enter lol, the only good thing about the room is the mattress that is comfortable. The hallways are super noisy, either by the people housed and by the same employees who at 12 o'clock at night are screaming.
The elevators are minis, no more than three people enter without luggage.
They do not have enough carports, knowing that the law to be qualified for 4 stars indicates that they must have parking space whose number of carports is equal to or greater than 45% of the total number of rooms, which can be integrated into the building or located in its adjoining areas, that is, that they do not meet it.
Breakfast, quite ,complete and rich.
Very bad service, from all the staff, with bad face, bad ways. We wanted to sit in the restaurant to feed the baby only and we were not left because it was closed (it was 10 min before they opened, and we were going to have dinner there), Flavia from the bar the only person attentive, polite and sweet.
Cleanliness, well it would be another topic apart, the people in charge of the rooms DO NOTHING, stretch your bed and ready, if there is sand, do not shake, the floor or clean it, do not go over the furniture and bathroom much less.
The patio is nice, has the pool, tables with umbrellas, a bar area and garden with trees, a very nice area. It has a machine to charge hot water for the matte.
One comes to rest or for work, pays for a service that we got
$160,000 per night (I also make it clear that the hotel did not refund your sign even if you gave a month’s notice, another point against the law) you are supposed to want good service, quality; unfortunately in this hotel we did not find that. They should invest to remodel it, it is very old everything, more than anything the bathrooms, they are ugly, uncomfortable and give appearance to dirty. Hire people who want to work, make the spaces clean; they can’t charge that much money for something that isn’t up to 4 stars, it’s far away.

Not a 4-star hotel
The pillows are not from a 4-star hotel. They're so bad. The cold inside the piece was breathtaking. The bathroom has the shower with cloth curtain, it was old and ugly. So small the bathtub that the fabric sticks to your body. The triple pieces, the third bed is a cot. Not a box spring. The bed size is small and uncomfortable for being narrow. It's for a kid. Not for a teenager. I ordered the piece Don 3 single beds and two were box spring and the third super uncomfortable.

NOS ROBARON
We booked by booking at $76k a night. Upon arrival we were charged $101k. We were not given access to the spa "because we booked by booking even if I say with spa". Tiny room with old pillows. The old bathroom with broken shower. In general everything is deteriorated. They are not 4 stars nor is breakfast. Worst of all, they didn't give us a carport, they told us it was safe to leave our van outside, at the door of the hotel. In the early morning, we were robbed of the relief cover and the malacate and "NOBODY SAW ANYTHING". We allow ourselves to doubt whether that is the case. We're never coming back.
