Nice option

Very nice experience, we went as a family occupying 3 rooms, no negative observations, all three were very clean and tidy, the furniture is a bit old but in very good condition, breakfast is delivered to the room at the time you specify. The best part is the attention from all the staff, especially the reception girls, whom I would like to mention for their great friendliness and willingness: Fanny, Rocio, and Johanna.

DISASTROUS. DO NOT STAY THERE

A disaster. It is a premium hotel facade with low-end service. There is no one at the front desk. We arrived and there was only one towel in the room. It was in poor condition, neglected. The minibar did not work. The curtains were stained. People were constantly entering and leaving without any control, going up and down the elevator in a strange way; it seemed like anything but a family hotel. Furthermore, there was a party room (because they rent them out monthly) that, to top it all off, threw a glass of a drink onto the car PARKED IN THE HOTEL'S INTERNAL AND PAID GARAGE. Terrible experience. Not to mention that it is next to a nightclub that you can see from above the window, right next to the hotel. It seems like they go to the hotel for an after-party and it is a total mess.
When I complained, they said they did not have a complaint book nor could I speak with a manager. A DISASTER AND A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT. NO ONE GAVE ME ANY ANSWERS.

They do not have maintenance.

There is no maintenance, and the staff is not trained. We were going up to the room in the elevator when it fell from the third floor to the second basement. Fortunately, the emergency brakes worked so that it was not a free fall. Upon impacting the second basement, the ceiling fell on my head and the metal sheet injured my mom's nose and lip.
The receptionist wanted to restart the elevator so that it would go back up, which we did not accept, and we left as best as we could. We were all in shock, my mom injured, and the receptionist did not call an ambulance nor did she ask us if we needed anything. We demanded that she refund our money to go to another hotel, but she did not do it because we made the reservation through Despegar.
We asked to speak with a manager or the owner, and supposedly the receptionist had no contact with anyone.
Five minutes after the incident, the elevator was functioning again. We emphasized that they could not put an elevator that had just fallen back into operation, and they told us that a technician had come to repair it. That is to say, they could not call a manager, but supposedly a technician came to fix the elevator, and within five minutes it was already in working condition again.
It does not make much sense to mention the following after we almost died in the elevator, but the reservation on Despegar stated that it included parking, and at the hotel, they told us it was paid.

Dangerous elevators.

We fell in the elevator! My husband, mother-in-law, and I were going up to the 3rd floor, and when we arrived, the inside doors opened, and the elevator began to fall, shaking and making noises, until it reached the basement where we felt the impact, and part of the ceiling fell, hitting my husband's head and my mother-in-law's face.
The receptionist wanted to restart the elevator to go up, but we told her no, that we wanted to get out of there. At no time did they ask us how we were, nor did they offer us a glass of water or call an ambulance. A DISASTER!
We asked for a refund, and they told us they could not because we had paid through a platform (Despegar).
And not only does the elevator lack maintenance, but also the rest of the facilities.

Excellent. Very good facilities the location is ideal to move without vehicle everything is close and public transport passes through the door. Service from the very good staff too. I'd come back.
