Excellent and a must-see!

Excellent!!! Located in a beautiful setting of hills and vegetation. The service was very kind and cordial. The food was of very good quality, excellent gourmet food, and the massages at the spa were great.
Recommended! Close to San Salvador de Jujuy.

A different place.

My opinion is based on an excellent dining experience. The hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor, with an incomparable view of the landscape. The tables have tablecloths and cloth napkins, indicating a little that the level of the place is above average. The attention of the waiters to stand out. EXQUISITE food. Well served and abundant

Since we arrived, everything has been impeccable: the attention of the staff, the cleanliness, the gastronomy and, above all, the thermal waters, which are a real gift for body and soul. Waking up with a view of the mountains and the opportunity to enjoy the spa was a unique experience. It is a perfect destination that combines rest, health and beauty of nature. Highly recommended!
Desde que llegamos, todo fue impecable: la calidez del personal, la limpieza, la gastronomía y, sobre todo, las aguas termales, que sono un verdadero regalo para el cuerpo y el alma. Despertor with view to las montañas y disfrutar del spa fue una experiencia única. Es un destino que combines descanso, salud y belleza natural. ¡Highly recommend!

They tried to overcharge me. The front desk staff are superb and neglect the customer.

I booked a SPA day for myself and my mother as they had recommended the place “Reyes” but I had a very hard time in that hotel. I paid $142,000 and when we got to the place I saw the service fees separately and adding up everything that included there was 40,000 pesos difference between the actual fee and the one I had previously charged. I understood it as a charging error and consulted the front desk. I spoke to 4 different people who insisted on explaining that I was wrong, the unpleasant answers all, no one did the sums well, they blamed a maid who was attending in the spa, “who took my reservation”. Until a commission appeared to continue convincing me and after another 10 minutes she deigned to really review the costs and told me “Yes, you overpaid, we return it to the card”. It was very wearying. Only the spa girl apologized for the moment I spent. A boy from the tall bespectacled reception spoke to me very proudly and seeing that I was wrong did not apologize. I stayed in place for my mother.
