Excellent staff and comfortable rooms, but breakfast needs serious improvement
We stayed here Feb 18–20 while passing through Tucumán and overall had a very comfortable stay mainly because of the staff and the room quality.
The location is a bit outside the historic center of San Miguel de Tucumán, so it works much better if you have a car than if your plan is to walk everywhere. That said, access by car is easy and having private parking on site makes things convenient. The surrounding area feels more practical than charming — it’s along a main avenue rather than a tourist district.
The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet and relaxed, more of a business-style property than a vacation resort. The building feels somewhat dated in parts, but it is well kept and the common areas are clean and functional.
Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The beds were properly made, tight sheets with no wrinkles — a small detail but it shows attention to housekeeping. Sleep quality was excellent because the room was quiet at night and we didn’t hear noise from other guests.
Service was easily the highlight of the stay. The staff were outstanding: professional, attentive and genuinely helpful the entire time. They were always available and willing to assist, which really elevates the overall experience.
In terms of value, I would say the price is slightly on the high side considering that the property feels somewhat outdated and some amenities are limited. The swimming pool was closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.
The weakest point by far was breakfast. It is extremely basic — mostly facturas, a few crackers, coffee and juice. For the price category of the hotel it should definitely be better.
Amenities otherwise were solid: good WiFi, comfortable rooms, private parking and a quiet environment that makes it easy to rest.
Overall, the excellent staff and the comfort of the rooms carried the experience. With a better breakfast and a few updates, this place could easily be a stronger competitor in the area.

It can't be recommended, a fright
Awful, dirty have no shame, disgust, dirty sheets, with hair, broken covers, dirty floors, window glass does not look outside because of the dirty as do curtains.Land everywhere, broken furniture, I would not recommend it to anyone

Very modern, spacious, quiet and pleasant hotel
1) It is located in an area about 50 blocks from the center, in front of the most important station of the Argentine Automobile Club. 2) It is two blocks from the Jail, so it is a guarded area. 3) It is a very modern two-story building with first-class construction. 4) The floors are porcelain tile. 5) The breakfast room is very spacious and comfortable. 5) Breakfast is continental, with various options and the famous two huge thermoses for coffee and milk, where the coffee is never hot but barely lukewarm. 6) Cleanliness and neatness are optimal. 7) The elevator is spacious and technologically very current. 7) The rooms are spacious, with ultra cozy box spring beds. 8) The pillows are hard, very good for my taste, although they may be uncomfortable for other people. 9) The TV is a flat screen with normal cable channels. 10) There are essential outlets. 11) The key system of the piece is one that is inserted into a reader and the doors are opened electronically. 12) To save energy, the card must be inserted into a device on the wall that activates all the lights in the room. When leaving, the card is removed and everything turns off. 13) The bathroom does not have a bathtub and the water leaks out of the shower, which makes the floor very slippery and dangerous and, to make matters worse, there are no handles. 14) The air conditioning is poorly installed because it focuses the air directly on the bed, right in front of you. The standards always indicate that it should be placed laterally for air circulation and not direct flow. Even worse when the remote control only turns it on and off without being able to vary anything, not even the temperature. 15) The ladies who run the dining room are very attentive. 16) The garage is very safe, guarded and spacious for several vehicles, with three entrance gates but only one works (for security).
