Above Expectations
Great location. All attractions can be reached on foot. There are many cafes and restaurants, shops nearby. Comfortable room. All amenities. Satisfaction with your stay. Cleanliness and tidiness. Nice staff. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Be careful! Frod.
Cheating! The hotel presents itself as four stars. We were actually given: a small room in the basement (!). The window opens to the basement hallway. No light, no air. The door opens to the breakfast area. Noise since 6 a.m. Never cleaned the room in 3 days. Breakfast at the communal table (one table for 10 persons and no more tables). Breakfast itself: eggs, sausage or cheese, pea omelet, jam, bread and bad cereal.

Just a Disgusting Inn.
The thirst for profit has defeated traditional Armenian hospitality! A disgusting hotel and the attitude of the staff. Instead of a booked "city view", a room was offered in some semi-basement. The window was facing the corridor(!) without a single ray of sun. There is no ventilation in the room (the staff sincerely believes that air conditioning is ventilation!). The stench of the sewer hangs in the air, and there is no possibility to ventilate, as the smell goes and the mentioned corridor. Towels in holes, drains in sink full. They only moved into a normal room on the last of three nights after numerous demands from us. Partial reimbursement of accommodation was denied. Whether you're lucky enough to get a good number right away is a matter of luck...

Experience overall: Okay. Nothing special worth mentioning. Property details mentioned a gift upon check in , which was a bottle of wine but staff said no such thing is possible.

Racism
Upon check-in at the hotel, staff at the front desk ( most probably owners; husband and wife ) a man and a woman both were not very welcoming. Such a rude face and not even a smile . A small smile can do wonders. She said something bad about us in her language to her colleague upon seeing us. We are human beings too and of course well mannered and well educated than these folks . Such a racist hotel. Whenever u cross the reception or front desk, people made fun of us. Bad part is , when they showed us the hotel room, they were telling us what to do and what not to do! . If u have so many dos and don’t s keep the space as ur home and not a hotel. They told us no water should be on the floor. Most probably because they forgot to install a water drain when remodeling. Everyone likes dry bathroom and so u don’t have to tell us in detail. When I asked them to provide us water bottles , the receptionist( may be the owner woman) gave me opened bottle. Come on guys, we paid money to stay and u r not letting us stay for free, right! . It’s like a strict hostel. Breakfast is just plain and terrible. Kitchen room is full of flies. No window view. It’s like a coffin. Only good thing is the location, but even that doesn’t matter as there are so many other hotels available in the same location. Strongly not recommend this hotel unless you speak their language.
