Book Direct for best price and service. Excellent Stay during fringe
Had a long weekend here while fringe was on. Very good price was had for a 1 bedroom apartment and free breakfast.
Breakfast was very good, excellent quality and plenty of variety, also with a egg counter for personnel cooking of eggs.
Staff do a very good job despite some people not behaving properly in a restaurant, people with no shoes on and also filling plates like it was the last meal ever, no need to be greedy. These are minor issues with people with no manners.
Accom was great, large and quiet with super comfortable bed that had a great sleep.
Only issue was the bathroom door I know people like trendy and style etc but for practically, It would have been better to have a solid door not glass, as when you get up in middle of night and turn light on you illuminate the bedroom as well.
Sometimes the old ways are the best.
Loved the Spa bath, could watch the TV in the bath.
But overall super clean, super nice, super friendly, super good sleep.
Will be back.

Great hotel - friendly staff
Visiting to see the Impressionists at SA Gallery we hadn’t planned much more. Delighted on checking in that we were given some tips on what else to see. illuminate was amazing! Thanks.
I have to say that our room was more than pristine every day - thanks to the housekeeping staff. (I’ve never completed a hotel about cleaning before!)
The restaurant was excellent and I appreciated a change they made to the menu based on a request.
It’s useful to be in a hotel with a 24 hr desk if you need to check out at a strange hour. We appreciated the tip about coffee in KiKi.

Peppers visit July 26
Staff friendly and efficient. Room good. Bit of noise as near lifts. The area around the flooring between bathroom and carpet looked like it needed good vacuumed. Bed comfortable with good pillows. Food very good had dinner and 2 x breakfast.

Not impressed for 5 star
I was not impressed by this hotel for a 5 star. Have stayed in better less stars. Advertised spa was cold despite it being winter and looking forward to a warm spa. Gym was very underwhelming-just a few cardio machines in a tiny room. Sheets had stains which was very off putting. Staff were very friendly though.
