★★★ Five stars. I would recommend it with confidence!
This time we stayed for a few days and it was a very satisfying hotel. It's a bit away from the centre of Brisbane, but it's also a great place to spend some time in a relaxed atmosphere. It is especially recommended for those who want to stay quietly.
What impressed me the most was the response of the staff. They are all very natural and kind and they are not imposing. Especially the staff who came in contact with us at the front desk and lobby created a warm atmosphere that made us feel safe. I'm so grateful that I couldn't thank you in person.
The lobby was also very cozy, perfect for spending the morning relaxing with coffee. I was in the lobby reading and organising my plans for the day before I left, but I had a very luxurious time.
Its location is also convenient. There is a supermarket next door, where you can casually purchase salads and drinks. There are restaurants and liquor stores within walking distance, so you can eat and shop easily. Uber was also very accessible, and the journey to Westfield Chermside was smooth. I think it's an environment where you can not only go sightseeing but also feel like you're living a little.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping was also polite and I was able to spend a pleasant time during my stay. The whole building has a calm atmosphere, perfect for those who want to rest.
If there is an improvement, it is that getting to the city centre is almost always done by car or Uber. It may seem a little inconvenient for those who want to see the sights only by public transport. However, I used Uber and got on the train quickly, so I didn't find it particularly inconvenient.
We recommend you to make time to spend at the hotel as well, as this is a great idea for those who are planning to stay. Plan your day with a coffee in the lobby in the morning, or spend the evening relaxing in your room, buying snacks and drinks from the nearby supermarket. You can also visit Westfield Chermside for plenty of shopping and dining.
Overall, the hotel had a very good balance of security, staff availability and ease of stay. The next time I get a chance to visit Brisbane, I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your wonderful stay.
