Nice place to stay for a few days in Brisbane, close to bus and shops. Reception was very communicative. Would stay again!

Old run down. Carpet needed replacing and some power points didn’t work. Bed needed replacing. Room needed painting. The view was horrible, if you could call it view. Will not be going back.

Very tired.

Accommodation is not Rydges. Its Ridges and the standards are very different. Outdated, in need of maintenance and a deep clean.
Light fixture don’t work or missing, witness dog peeing in elevator, stains on furniture, walls, linen (black marks). Tiles cracked in bathroom and vanity missing draw front, washing drier not working well, washing machine has old washing liquid sachet in seal, Mould under kitchen high cabinets, rotting wood in the corner of the lounge. Certainly not value for money when they call it a 2 bed room executive appartment.

Room was huge, bed was very comfortable. Many of the fixtures and fittings were old or missing, such as the kitchen tap and bathroom towel rail
