Wonderful Cable beach location

This is a delightful place to spend time near Cable beach. The facilities are very comfortable and beautiful laid out.
We also had a very relaxing massage at the spa. Highly recommended by us.

Resort needs an update and facilities are limited.

Good people and great surroundings. However the rooms are clad in steel so no phone reception in room. In-room internet was also intermittent and essentially useless. Free to air tv your only option. The resort blamed Telstra. Seriously - it’s like Basil blaming Manuel - the resort needs to invest in Starlink. For more than $500 a night, this was inexcusable. Tea and coffee facilities are primitive - a kettle and a couple of satchels. Push the booster button and wait 10 minutes if you want a shower first thing in the morning. No breakfast available. Restaurant was booked out both nights we wanted a meal. This resort needs to upgrade its offerings. For me, it was poor value for the money we spent.

Great apartment-style stay near cable Beach

Our two night stay at Bali Hai with our two friends in a two bedroom - two bathroom apartment was excellent. Good amenities in kitchen and outdoor bathrooms, including washer/dryer that we utilised. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location out of town centre in quiet area near Cable Beach, so can walk to that beach. Good and well maintained pool, which we used and it was warm. Happy to recommend Bali Hai for a stay in Broome, and would definitely go back. Bus stop right nearby to go into town centre.

Great stay at Bali Hai

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. Our unit was very comfortable and well equipped. The grounds were lovely. Good location walking distance to Cable Beach and a hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable experience

Great location. Large rooms with all the amenities that you would require.
Staff on check in were very friendly, professional. Great afternoon spent sitting by the pool. Room was very clean. Great to stay for a week. Bus stop very close to the hotel.
