The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages, missing items, or additional cleaning requirements are identified by our team following your stay. Please note: security deposits are collected via bank transfer not by credit card. Bank transfer details will be provided following your booking confirmation. Parties or gatherings are not permitted. Hen, stag, or similar group celebrations will not be accommodated. Violation of these regulations may result in immediate eviction without a refund of any remaining funds or deposits.
