Excellent accommodation
I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment.
The apartment decor is superb and every detail is considered. The apartment feels very upmarket with all the furniture, kitchen appliances, and environmentally friendly products. The apartment is spacious, with lots of light, and it allows for privacy inside. The bed was a bit on the soft side for me, but I still had a great night sleep.
I was impressed that there is a coffee machine and even coffee pods are supplied! BONUS! Other kitchen appliances are of very good quality and they fit well into the overall internal decor.
I found the location very handy for what I had planned. I was a bit worried that other guests would make a lot of noise at night but there was no issue with late night parties.
I loved that there was under cover parking and other guests seemed to adhere to the one car per apartment rule. I felt that the accommodation price was very reasonable for what it offers.
I would definitely stay here again.

Complex in need of some maintenance
This was the 4th time we stayed at The Crest Apartments, there won’t be a fifth time. I emailed Dan after the stay but never received a reply, hence this review. One bedroom apartment you could not sit on the sofa which was a sofa bed, it was stuffed, table was all sticky, hot water tap kept coming off. In the carpark water dripping onto car staining paint. This is a great location overall but complex and apartments are run down.

A Great Place To Relax
We booked The Crest Appartments based on feedback reviews and had a great stay .
We had a lovely well appointed apartment overlooking the pool which we used most days
We enjoyed the morning and evening bird song and Dan was a great host

Late June 2022
Upgraded kindly by Dan to a two bed apartment on arrival. Very few other guests so mostly had the pleasant pool area to ourselves. Pool was clean and fairly cold although supposedly heated to 27 degrees. Our apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed and right next to the pool and steps to garage and underground carpark.. The fan in the second bedroom ad been forgotten in the refurbishment but otherwise the beds and linen were excellent and the whole place was newly painted. We enjoyed our stay but found it irritating that paid parking was necessary in all of Byron bay until 6 pm. The walk into town was fairly quick alongside a busy road. A good break. Thankyou Dan

Great Stay for the family
Great place for 5 days with the family, with amenities supplied and topped up when running short by the ever helpful, Dan. Good location out of the central area, but all within walking distance. Popcar do a great hourly car hire service, also very close by and would recommend. Pool was clean and healthy, and yes not 5 star, but more than meets the needs of a travelling family.
