Great New Management !
The new managers (Katie & husband) were terrific hosts! they couldn't do enough, aircon was turned on before arrival, they gave me great tips on local restro's and they were really pleasant hosts. The apartment was cool, clean and comfortable, I'll be going back again soon.

Gove this place a miss
Needs renovation. Outdated.
Very small minded management. No late check out without payment even though room wasn't cleaned [we were waiting in pool area] . Room not cleaned between first reservation and second time check in 2 days later in same room. Not even nappiestaken out from rubbish bin or toilet cleaned. Air con in main bedroom not working. No smoke alarm attached in main bed room. And then manager decided to play a little power and control game while 2 women who had stayed a total of 6 nights, were waiting and reading quietly by the pool and told by 12 to leave. Our flight only at 5. Told to "pack up". Both of us years in hospitality and international hotel management. Never encountered such rudeness. Suggest managers in the job too long. And, rarely at reception.

Older units and Manager needs to make some efforts.
Check-in went OK as manager advised off premises on our arrival day. Had a strange knock on door that night though and manager asked if we were OK to check out next morning ! (5 night stay had been booked). Cool weather and no blankets in room. (had to ask for these) Room spacious but very sparsely furnished in lounge and settee would not fold out plus rather uncomfortable. Older units. Outside stairways could do with a good tidy and paint. (stray socks and linen lying around) As past residents of Cairns we travel here often for family. Have stayed in many places, but, unfortunately would not recommend this one.

Loved having space and ability to do all my clothes washing in the middle of a long trip. Close to the beach for refreshments overlooking the water. Rhona talked me through all the local places for grocery shopping and places to eat. Wish I had booked to stay longer.

Escaping Winter down South
We've just returned from our 5week stay at Coco’s Holiday Apartments at Trinity Beach, and loved every day!
It’s our 3rd stay in the last 4 years and we’ll keep coming back.
Rhona and Clive are wonderful managers of the property and extremely helpful with any needs and very friendly.
The apartments are very clean, fantastic location close to the beach and restaurants along the beachfront.
Looking forward to our Winter escape next year!
