Good price for the location.

Just across the road from LPINA tram station. 1 bedroom with kitchen & bathroom. Room was warm, shower was hot & kitchen was well supplied. Maybe a little outdated but very clean & great location.

I'll be back.

I was very pleasantly surprised as the cost is low for accommodation. The location is wonderful. It is close to the city, the University, and has a tram stop just aside of the entrance. The whole facility was exceptionally clean and odour free. Each floor has a well designed and functional kitchenette as well as a HUGE, functional community kitchen. My bed and room was comfortable and had a sink in it. There was plenty of storage and book shelves. Security was good. Lovely and helpful staff. I enjoyed the large community room and the computer room.
Just remember to bring some food and snacks items.

Very good indeed

Based on the price alone, this accommodation rates favourably compared to other places, but it’s surprisingly good as well. Lovely staff, very secure, elevator, TV in the double rooms, heater and very clean. Whisper quiet too. For the size of it, I expected it to be noisy, but I rarely saw or heard anyone else. Highly recommended as a good, clean, honest stay in Australia’s capital Oh and extremely well located on a main thoroughfare near great transport

Great hotel and very friendly helpful front desk staff. Central location.

Great central location close to food court, shopping mall and hop on hop off bus tours. Front desk staff lovely. Rooms very clean… in fact spotless! Awesome to have great current and free movies to watch during chill out times between exploring.
Just a shame that accident I left my flat fold up Apple brand watch, phone, and earbud charger behind in my room and the cleaning staff didn’t hand it in to the front desk and I’ve now had the expense of purchasing a new charging ring station.
I also forgot and staff forgot to ask me as well, for my Qantas Frequent Flyer number, to add to my account and so I now won’t get my Qantas points added.

Easy parking, kitchen facilities for no fuss stay. Great place to stay for ex old Fenner hall residents. All facilities are available good for winter as it’s hydronic heating. Not so great for summer if you need aircon. But standing fan is available.
