Great Hotel for a Long Work Trip
Due to work, I needed to stay in Canberra for over half the year. This place made my stay a lot easier and more comfortable. Between the bed, bathroom, kitchen, living room, the room had all I needed. Though I do wish the dresser was a little bigger. The staff was great all around. Parking was good. And the location was great. I could walk to plenty of places to eat, shop, and even get groceries. If I ever get lucky enough to visit Australia again, I'd stay here. If I had one negative comment, I wish the gym had more.

The whole family's mood is ruined.
Our family stayed at Quest Canberra City Walk for a few nights. On the second day, we went to the receptionist about the strange noises at night that kept us from sleeping. To better understand the problem, the administrator invited General Manager Fahim Malik. Fahim Malik met us with a hostile mood and a frown. During the conversation, I had to reprimand him because he started talking loudly and aggressively to my son. After the meeting, he did not express the slightest desire to solve the problem and to help in any way, only said that he would be very happy if we left his hotel right now, even though we were still 3 nights away. After talking to the manager like that, my blood pressure went up and my whole family's mood was ruined for the day.

With respect to your request to change rooms, your stay coincided with the peak school holiday period and the Kanga Cup tournament, during which the property was fully booked. As a result, there were no alternative Two Bedroom Apartments available. This was explained to both you and your son at the time. As we were unable to accommodate a room move, we offered you the option of a refund should you wish to seek alternative accommodation elsewhere. You chose to remain at the property for the duration of your stay.

Family stay
Fantastic location and facilities. Kids really enjoyed the space and we felt right at home. Rooms were serviced daily and the proximity to the city centre made everything so convenient!

weekend getaway
we enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean, warm, quiet, modern and comfortable. The positioning of the motel was very central to all the things we wanted to do. There were no onsite parking spaces available during our stay but didn't have any problems parking at the Wilson carpark , it was only about a 4-5 mins walk away
