Perfect. Will use again.

Wonderful. Reasonably priced. Perfect location for visiting Sydney. Room was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. There are basic cooking
and washing up facilities. Washing machine down the hallway was an added bonus.

Poor value not staffed

Good location, but rooms are not serviced. Internet was poor. Bins were grubby, bed was uncomfortable shower leaked and little cockroaches came up the bathroom plug hole. Room was very expensive for what was offered. No onsite staff and no lift.

Terrible night

So bad we checked out after 1 night despite having paid for 2.
The room was tiny, far too small for two people. There was 1 bedside table, 1 chair. The front door and window were about 3 feet from the side of bed, the only window covering was pull down roller blinds which had gaps where the light came in.
We were in room 15 which was on street level. Outside the front door was an overgrown 4M square garden and immediately outside this was a bus stop so the light and noise was unbearable most of the night. The only reason we gave it one star was that it was at least clean.
It might be better in some of the other rooms but if you are silly enough to book this place be sure that you are not in room 15

Awful. Noisy, dirty and smelt of mould.

The air conditioning unit had visible mould and the floor needs a good scrub. Bathroom cabinet so low you can’t use the sink, which was also leaking underneath onto the plugged in hairdryer. The entrance seems to be designed to funnel and amplify street noise into the building. We had to put a towel under the door to reduce the noise.
Overall, really disappointing for the price.

I would stay again!

Great little place. No frills. Just a studio apt , but clean, great location, close to Clovelly and Coogee beaches and a decent price for Sydney. Service was good and no problems getting into room. Some nice little cafes and coffee shops a few steps away so no problem finding something to eat and drink. Recommended!
