Location perfect easy to get around Darwin
The rooftop bar a beautiful place and view and the snacks provided for free were amazing
The rooms were clean and the unit spacious
The design of rooms a little weird in the ensuite a but crammed. Definitely stay again

Overall the stay at this hotel was pretty good. The room was as described and quite large with a good size balcony. The room was clean and had most things for a good stay. Washing machine in the room. Unfortunately the TV quality or reception within the hotel was shocking. I was unable to watch any football while in the room. The pool was a good size but the deck chairs / slabs of concrete that doubled as poolside chairs/ beds were uncomfortable, hard and did not allow for laying down flat. In fact they were quite useless. Look overall the stay was quite good, 10min walk to both the CBD and Waterfront. The breakfast was adequate. You get a voucher for $22 and then pay the difference which was strange.

Clean comfortable apartment overall. Sofa bed in living area horrendous. Absolutely no support for any adult using the worn out mattress. Poor sleep and no comfort all night for me. Enjoyed our breakfast and walking distance for fit able people to go exploring or walk to closest local bus transport. Would stay again if not having to use a sofa bed.

Filthy hotel - worst place we stayed

A 2 star not a 4 or 5 as advertised. Dirty corridors thick w dust. Rooms not maintained, broken fans, chipped woodwork, soft beds dirty surface w dust.
No room service, no toilet roll, tbags. Cold shower or scalding hot, broken shower lights. Terrible sleep and no good shower experience
Uncomfortable lounges at pool, no depth signs at pool. $150 deposit charge to use bbq. Some staff lying to guests that they never heard of complaints. Telling them lies. (Personally witnessed this). Happy to take $$$ and give terrible service because as they say all other hotels in Darwin do it. After several complaints they refunded us full amount which we were thankful for but as witnessed they still continued to lie to guests. Disappointing

We would like to clarify that the concerns detailed in your review were not raised with management during your stay, despite you being with us for several days. They were brought to our attention only at the time of departure. Had we been made aware earlier, we would have had the opportunity to inspect the apartment, address any housekeeping or maintenance matters, replenish any missing amenities, or offer an alternative room where possible.
Once the concerns were raised at departure, management spoke with you directly and provided a full refund as a resolution in good faith. We are therefore disappointed to read this review after the matter had been discussed and resolved directly.
Separately, we note your comments regarding staff communication. We take any suggestion that a guest has felt misled seriously; however, we do not accept that our team intentionally provided false information. We will review the matter internally to ensure our communication remains clear, consistent, and professional.
Nevertheless, we have reviewed your comments with our housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams, and we will continue to follow up internally to ensure our standards and reporting processes are maintained.
We regret that your experience was not a positive one and wish you safe onward travels.

It's good, location ok

Hotel a little out of the way, have to cross a somewhat busy road, the street to walk down is very poorly lit, multiple 'local' groups congregate around.
Rooms nice, comfortable and neat. Cafe and rooftop bar staff lovely and food drinks great. Checkin staff lovely.
The older short man (unsure if owner/manager or what), walked into cafe kitchen our last morning. Interrupting busy staff asking if they were working tonight/tomorrow. Then got his glass of apple juice from staff at coffee machine, complained it didn't have ice in. Proceeded to complain to another that the line up was getting long. Disrupted and was rude to staff infront of customers but didn't offer to help. Very unprofessional.
You sir are a pest. Help or get the f&%k out of the way.
