Amazing - the important thing done extremely well.
Outstanding Accommodation. We stayed her recently and were very happy with the accommodation, breakfast supplies and unbelievable setting. Everything was perfect and congratulations to Maria on being the perfect host for such amazing accommodation. Great value and Highly recommended.

Romance in Paradise
Maria & Trevor were excellent hosts at the beautiful location. This place is a little gem and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, would recommend this to anyone wishing to visit Denmark WA.

Outstanding Accommodation
This was our second visit - firstly the hosts are outstanding making you feel so welcome. The view is stunning so lovely to sit outside for breakfast. Absolutely everything you could possibly want in a place to stay in the beautiful town of Denmark. Elephant Rocks and Greens Pool are must visits.

We do not recommend this B&B. Think twice before you book.
Stayed here as a couple for 2 nights. We consider us as extremely well travelled and we might therefore have higher standards then the general guest. We have extensive experience from Hotels and B&B:s all over the world.
We were met- in the afternoon- by a very dark and quiet house. An nasty odour from the sea in the air were surrounding the garden.
The host is then checking us in. Room is nothing special. A queen size bed that is to small for two Scandinavian persons but newly ironed sheets and otherwise clean in the apartment.
Food for brekkie in the fridge even if it was lacking two of each for our 2 night stay. (Yoghurt)
House rules printed with main focus on the electricity and how to save money -despite this the TV was on stand by when we arrived. Weird.
WIFI was the worst part of our stay. It disconnected over and over again. It was hard to plan our following trip with the WIFI so dysfunctional. Surprised that no one has mentioned this huge issue.
On the second day we are going to the beach. When we get back to the house the host has been into our room - probably to check it as the house rules says "for the priovisions you may need".
A weird feeling for us both as she has not provided anything except new towels, which we didn´t ask for in the first place. (These should be replaced every second day)
She didn´t alert us when she saw us that morning either that she would go into our room when we wasn´t there. She didn´t ask if we was missing anything either. We got a feeling that she only wanted to check if we followed the house rules. She turned our heater off anyways. We planned to come back to a warm and cozy room which we now didn´t do.
Suggestion for the host: Offer `Do not disturb`signs to put on the door to give the guests an option for them to not have the hosts inside the room when they are not there.
The second night a bat flies into the room. Scary experience as the bats carries a lot of diseases and Rabies is one of them. When we confront the hosts about this in the morning they neglect this and says it is common and harmless.
We do not recommend this B&B. Think twice before you book. And bring a flashlight and a air freshener for the brekkie outside. We missed a genuine TLC from the hosts.

Wonderful stay at Denmark Waters B&B
We had a very enjoyable stay at Denmark Waters B&B. Our unit was spacious with everything we needed. Food, milk, orange juice were in the fridge and a lovely fruit salad appeared every day. Maria and Trevor made us feel very welcome and are very knowledgeable about all the attractions of Denmark. The view of the water at the end of the garden from our balcony, was worth the journey from Perth.
Highly recommend.
