Amazing customer service
I highly appreciated the stuff at the counter to let me in for the room already at 10am after a bad night sleep in a hostel I previously had. Room was nice, clean and had all things I needed for my situation. It came as a surprise to have a washing machine and dryer which was much needed! :)

Billing error left me $170 out of pocket
While very happy with the room, cleanliness and location of the hotel our family holiday at QUEST Fremantle was overshadowed by a significant billing error which resulted in me incurring $340 in international banking fees. Although QUEST acknowledged the error, the compensation they offered was only for half the costs incurred. I was ultimately left AUD $170 out of pocket. I do not believe it is reasonable for guests to bear any financial loss resulting from a hotel's mistake. I recommend that future guests, particularly international travellers, carefully review all payment transactions.

We are pleased to hear that you were happy with the apartment, cleanliness and location, although we are sorry that the payment issue impacted your overall experience.
We acknowledge that an error occurred during the payment process; however, at the time of check-in, it was not entirely clear which credit card was intended to be used for the accommodation charges.
With multiple cards provided, this contributed to the confusion, and we do not believe the circumstances were solely the result of an error by the hotel.
Once the issue was brought to our attention, our team acted promptly to rectify the transactions and worked with you to reach a fair resolution.
The compensation offered took into consideration the circumstances surrounding the payment, including that international transaction and currency conversion fees may ordinarily apply when using an international credit card.
We believe the AUD $170 compensation offered was fair and reasonable given the circumstances and reflected our acknowledgement of our part in the issue.
We regret that this affected an otherwise enjoyable stay and appreciate your feedback.

Good preparation for room and the room was cleaned, reception staff good attend for the new quest when arrive there.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel located in a very convenient position near ferry terminal and surrounded by eating places. Comfortable and clean room.

Check in was very smooth. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent fo access the port and parking and there are heaps of local shops and restaurants.
