First time at Oaks Gladstone - great stay

No complaints at all. More than happy to stay there again.
Tidy, good staff, nice comfy bed, sheets and pillows, with fridge, cooktop and microwave in room for light snacks. Wifi also good.

Lots of detail without attention

The kitchenette had cockroaches running around it, even inside the dishwasher. The dishwasher didnt have the shelves installed correctly, so I had to put in my items and hope nothing got broken. For an appartment, only getting 1 dishwasher sachet wasn't great for a 4 day stay. Very noisy in the evenings, but this is due to the locations not the hotel. The staff were friendly and prompt and efficient. The coffee shop and restaurant were both closed, both services which I had needed and expected

The Oaks Gladstone is consistently great

The staff at Gladstone Oaks are always friendly, helpful and professional. Anytime I request anything, its no trouble and they always assist with a smile.

The Oaks

great hotel in a central area to alot of local restaurants, needs to have the Oak & Vine restaurant, and the Coffee Club to open again to fully service the needs of its customers
