Oceanside Cove is 50 metres from Burleigh Heads Patrolled Beach. It offers self-contained apartments, an outdoor swimming pool and free parking on site. Oceanside Cove is a three story walk-up complex without lifts.

Perfect Gem
Fabulous, roomy 2 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed plus much more. Only minutes to glorious beach and Burleigh restaurant and shopping precinct. Big thanks to Peter for making our stay at this little gem - perfect and great value for money!

5 star if not for the REALLY REALLY LOUD construction noise
The apartment was really spacious – very, very happy with the size of apartment and the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom was nice.
The 2 bedroom apartment had 2 bathrooms – one full size with a full bath, shower & toilet and the other an ensuite with shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer were in the main bathroom.
Full size kitchen with proper kitchen facilities – along with a full size dining table and leather couches.
Air conditioning only in the open plan loungeroom/kitchen, but worked well.
Parking was secure and easy. Walking distance to beach and all the shops. They do rent cool cabanas for $20 a day which was a nice touch.
Pool was nice – great temperature and deep in spots.
It is an older complex – but that also means that the apartments are a bit bigger and that is actually what we loved about it.
HOWEVER - BEWARE………..You can’t review this property without mentioning the noise. It was unbearable. It is temporary, but right now (Sept/Oct 25) – it is so loud. We stayed in room 19 and it backed onto the construction site. At the time of staying, the construction was at level 2 (level with room 19) and a full barrage of workers arrived at 6:45am each day and turned on the music and started grinding steel. I swear I could have gone out on the back balcony and reached out and physically touched them – (see video attached) that is how close the construction is. And it will continue until the multi story tower gets built. But, there is also the light rail works going on that were currently outside the hotel on the main road at the same time – when we stayed they were 24/7 works – so all night we had the roadworks and then from 6:45am we had construction. There is no way that anyone in that hotel was still asleep past 7am – even if you are the heaviest sleeper in the world….. It was totally and utterly unbearable. The property managers tried to put a good spin on it by saying they don’t notice it as they are up when the sun rises each day and laughed it off – but they are just doing their job and trying to downplay it. It was really bad.
I have to say I have never experienced anything as bad as that noise and don’t feel right not mentioning it and posting a video of how bad it really is.
But, I am conflicted, as despite the noise (it did just mean that we became early morning people for the week) I did love this place.
The location was great, the complex was nice – the pool was nice, parking was secure, the building managers were lovely. I really could not fault anything other than the noise from outside the complex – which is a shame – it would be a 5 star rating if not for the noise.

Some good some bad
The location is fantastic. Quiet but close to the beach and food outlets.
The apartment was showing its age and is ready for a minor upgrade. Old vertical blinds which no longer work could be replaced with blinds. In general the cleaning could have been at a much higher level. Hairs in the bathroom drawers, dust and debris in some of the kitchen cupboards. All the windows were dirty inside and out. Drinking glasses were quite dirty. No notice giving Wifi password in the room and with the office hours being restricted, and the emergency mobile unanswered, we had to wait til the next day. The hairdryer was missing.

Lovely apartment in a great little complex, and well located
Burleigh is a great spot, and Oceanside Cove Apartments is well situated just a short walk from the patrolled beach and all the activity and eating/shopping options in the centre of Burleigh. The 2 bedroom apartment was quite spacious and very clean and comfortable, with a light and open feel from the kitchen / lounge out to the small veranda overlooking the pool and gardens. The grounds, including the pool and BBQ area, are beautifully maintained by the very accommodating manager. While we only stayed for a couple of nights, it's a place that I would happily return to given the nicely done apartments, welcoming feel and great location.

Oceanside Cove - incredible value and location
A beautiful apartment, so comfortable and clean. Beautifully styled with leather lounge, brand new kitchen, ensuite and bathroom/laundry. All furnishings were top quality. Beautifully "manicured" gardens and great pool. Managed by Peter who was a friend to everyone, ensuring everything was perfect. Only one block away from the centre of Burleigh for the eateries and shopping. A perfect place to stay. We will be back.
