An experience. not just a hotel

This hotel is ideally located close to all the city has to offer. A funky left of centre ambiance that makes you relax and the staff are amazing. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in a long while.

No nice experience

I was coming last year for my partner birthday, the experience was good so we decided to come back this year.
Somehow this year things have been changed a lot. Housekeeping services was not good. After service, the floor stilled have a lot of hairs. No top up fresh towels. Bathroom shower wall full of mold. Overall it was not good experience this visit.

Enjoyable stay

Great hotel, excellent gym with Peleton bikes - breakfast was great and really friendly vibes with eggs and coffee to order as you go - enjoyable stay.

From the moment you walk in theres a great welcoming relaxed feel.Great reception staff warm,friendlyamazing,Langlands on site dining for buffet breakfast,dinner on 25th floor deliscious food,wonderful,attentuve waiters.Beautiful views is the city,although family friendly, i find its more suited for couples.On the website the it

Good stay with amazing room

My friend went to reception and Angelica assisted her. She sent a follow up email as well. Check in and checkout was done by the same guy he was very nice by giving us ECI and greeted us when we arrived. Walkable distance to the Tram/Train area. Room is gorgeous and would like to thank our room attendant as well❤️ will definitely stay here again when I come back to Melbourne.
