The apartment was amazing a provided good value for money. It was a great location. The whole check-in process and amount of information required was a bit full on. The multiple emails and needing of license and banking details and the strict instructions was all a bit too much. It was more like demands. It took away a bit from the excitement.

Indulge Appartments-Mildura

Always room for improvement however, you would be hard pressed to find what requires improvement.
Friendly receptionist, great ambiance, great room.
I would suggest that the only let down is that they take a copy of your debit card for incidentals however, the only item in the room is bottled water
After I saw this, not really sure why they need the card

We hold cards on file, as we also offer restaurant chargebacks, and if guests that lock themselves out afterhours we may need to call our security contractor, and sadly the few undesirable guests that have in the past stolen items and damaged items, so we must ensure that we are able to recoup costs. There are many motel options in Mildura, with a number close to the city centre. Indulge has a number of these, including the one I stayed at, in the CBD. It is modern, comfortable and mostly convenient. The good things are the keyless entry, with either a fob or a code used. The room is spacious enough, with a nice balcony overlooking one of the main streets in town. It is walking distance to many eateries, and I enjoyed my stay.
Parking is included, which is great, behind the building. One needs to park elsewhere when checking in, then get the pass from your room, and then go move your car. When checking out, one needs to go to one's car, take the pass back to the room, then return to one's car and leave. It's not a big deal, it was just time-consuming, and a little inconvenient. Other than that, all good, and it's good value for money.

Room had dust all on the skirting boards and air diffuser, the skylight was also dirty.
The room lacked hand soap at the basin
