Good for a few days stay

This place has similarities with the River Country Motel diagonally opposite.
Rooms are quite big for a motel. Has basic kitchen facilities which you don't usually get. Bathroom clean. Close to everyday necessities - supermarket, bottle shop servo and a few other shops just across the road. A bit of a walk into the township but quite doable unless you have mobility problems. No reason why we wouldn't stay here in the future.

An unpleasant and unhelpful stay

I recently stayed in Sportslander Motel, Moama for two night. I found the man who checked me in to be not friendly, uninterested and not welcoming.
After the first night, when I informed the reception of the slow and poor quality of wifi, the same man told me that they have done their best to upgrade the wifi service and there was nothing he can do to assist me. He never offered me anymore assistance.
I also found that they did not give me a new box of milk after the first night and that the dishes were not cleaned after my use.
I would not recommend nor stay in this motel in my next trip, even though its very conveniently located across shops and the petrol station.

Value for money in Moama/Echuca

We booked a single night while travelling through the area and had a really nice stay.
The room was big with plenty of room, the RSL was just down the road for a great dinner, there was a fridge and a good, modern TV.
The bed was comfortable, the area was quiet and the next we were well rested and ready to resume our travels.

The room was clean and comfy. The power points hard to find for C/Pap machine , Bed very comfy, great A/C. Disabled facilities VG . Shops across road , everything you need excellent Host !! Will go back 😀

Relaxing and friendly

Have stayed here on a few occasions dating back to 2004 owners terrific make you feel welcome all the staff here are friendly makes the stay pleasant Rooms fresh smell clean serviced daily beds comfortable clean bathroom area well set out its close to woolworths maccas and moama Bakery and bottle shop and service station pool spotlessly clean grounds well maintained family friendy 2 BBQ areas that are sheltered chairs and tables in these areas truly enjoyed my stay here again and will be back
