Extremely loud renovations.

Firstly, I'm really pleased to hear that you found the hotel and your room clean and enjoyed the property overall. At the same time, I'm genuinely sorry that the renovation works affected your stay.
I completely understand how frustrating unexpected noise can be, and I sincerely apologise that it impacted your experience.
As part of a significant investment in upgrading Quest Mont Albert, we are currently renovating a number of our apartments to provide an even better experience for our guests. The good news is that these renovations are scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
To minimise disruption as much as possible, all noisy construction work is strictly limited to between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm each day. We have intentionally restricted these hours so guests can enjoy quieter mornings and evenings, while allowing our team to continue improving the property.
I appreciate that this doesn't change your experience, and I'm sorry the timing coincided with your stay. We truly value your patience and understanding while we complete these final stages of our refurbishment.
I sincerely hope you'll consider visiting us again once the renovations have been completed. I'm confident you'll be able to enjoy not only the peace and quiet you were expecting, but also all of the newly refurbished apartments and facilities that these works are creating.
