Great room, clean and quiet with all amenities. Only problem was that the bed lights and power switches were not close enough to the bed. You had to get out of bed to turn them on and off.

Appalling customer service

Will never stay at this hotel again as it has far from family friendly ethics. When I was in the hospital giving birth in September 2025, my very tired husband made an honest mistake with his booking as it was made after midnight and so for the following day vs that night which is when he needed it for. Arrived at the hotel and was fully booked so could not accommodate him. Canceled it online via booking.com and advised by front desk to contact hotel to arrange a refund or alternative date. Totally fobbed off by the manager weeks later who would not honour this. Very disappointing after a previous pleasant stay here, especially given the extenuating circumstances. Front desk had said had they had room they could have just changed his booking there and then so makes no sense why this could not be refunded or at the very least allowed to move the booking to an alternative date in the future. Now out of pocket over $300 and his room was likely still given to someone else the following night at a profit.

This place is my favourite in every way I like. Great rooms, wonderful staff & a sense of privacy & peace amongst the city rattle n hum. Especially thd double head showers & big balconies & not to forget the yummy room service. 10/10 everytjme!

Absolutely atrocious
Food scraps in the hallways, even a discarded tampon wrapper
Room was no better.
No coffee or cups, opened milk container in fridge
