Lovely stay.

Located at the northern end of Church Street, this is a lovely motel with spacious rooms and a very good level of amenities in the rooms. There is a certain amount of charm to this place as some of it is in a former hotel.
The rooms are clean and there is little to no noise from the surrounding area, which makes for a nice nights sleep.

We have stayed at this lovely motel quite a few times over the last 12 years.
It is always clean and tidy. The rooms have had a recent update, so they are lovely. It is a lovely walk into town of about 15 minutes. Two great pubs to choose from for dinner. Bakery and cafes for breakfast.

The decor of our room was dated but it was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet even though it was closest to the main road. The bathroom appeared to have been recently upgraded and the overall layout of the room made the most of the available space. In the right weather the small balcony would make for a very acceptable spot for a 5.00pm (or earlier!) re-hydration.
It's a little bit of a walk to the main activities in town but all up it was very affordable and well worth considering if coming back.

Country Charm

Great place for a stay in the Coonawarra. Very comfortable beds. Super high ceilings make the room feel massive. Nice simple touches like complementary continental breakfast provided. Would definitely stay again.
