On check-in we were greeted warmly (though the $300 bond was an irritating surprise for our one night stay) but on checking out, a different member of staff was less friendly. Having checked that we'd paid, we were told that we "... can go, and that they'll look at the bond once the room has been checked."
The parking is $20 a night and seemed secure

One of my favourite aspects of staying here was the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property, which made it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. However, the biggest drawback is that the hotel is located right at the end of the beach, which makes it slightly less convenient for quick access to some of the main beach attractions.
Despite this minor inconvenience, I would happily recommend Quest Scarborough to anyone looking for a clean and well-managed stay, with friendly staff who really make the effort. I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.
