Our stay was quite comfortable we would be happy to stay again in the future. The property is undergoing renovations and looks to be improving all the time. While there may be areas of peeling paint and unfinished decor, the room was clean and comfortable and everything worked as expected. Despite being close to the highway the noise from passing traffic was not intrusive.

Very dated. Looks like it is going to be rebuilt. Room was spacious.
I’m not a big fan of remote check in/entry when it is a motel.

Avoid

Terrible. Room had no plates, cutlery, toaster. So all you could do was make a cup of tea or coffee, and the microwave was redundant. No bedside table. No designated parking - you normally expect to park right outside your room at a motel. Uncomfortable bed. Plus much more lacking in this room they call “deluxe”.

If you have a guide dog or an assistance dog - Avoid!!!!

Never even managed to stay there!
Tried to book a room over the phone for my husband who has a fully accredited and jacketed assistance dog (same rights as a guide dog). I explained all of this to them, They said no dogs allowed. I pointed out to them that they were not allowed to refuse under government rules, they hung up on me.

The room was clean but as they are doing renovations I had a bathroom door that had paint peeling in large chunks on each side of the door. The other point I would like to make is that there is a small step from the room into the bathroom that my toes hit a number of times. THIS STEPUP SHOULD BE HIGHLIGHTED as at one time I thought I had broken the big toe on my right foot. Very dangerous
